BW Bristol Belter powered by MERIDA BIKES this weekend

The BW Bristol Belter
This weekend the BW Bristol Belter powered by Merida Bikes road sportive will be taking place on Sunday the 4th September. This year’s event will have once again three different routes (160km – 100km – 70km) and will return to the much loved location of the Fry Club in Keynsham, Bristol.

The three routes will incorporate some great routes over the Cotswold and Gloucestershire country side before heading out to our more traditional Mendip territory. And with the addition of the ‘warm up loop’ (please see here for details) the new Belter will offer plenty of opportunity to enjoy the ride with friends and riding buddies of different ability. Fancy some dirt? Welcome to the Ritchey Reveller Dirt Sportive

Granted, not 100% a road affair but never the less hopefully of interest to our roady or/and cyclo cross friends out there – WELCOME TO THE RITCHEY REVELLER DIRT SPORTIVE!!

The Bristol Bikefest mountain bike event has been running for 14 years. The event started out as an ‘add on’ to the Southern Cross Country series and has grown from humble beginnings into one of the biggest mountain bike events in the country.

Besides offering the popular 12, 6 and 3hour relay MTB event as well as the ‘Steve Worland ride singletrack hard & drink a swig of cider per lap memorial cup 2016’ the team’ (all details here: www.bike-fest.com) the latest addition for 2016 is the Ritchey Reveller Dirt Sportive (12th June).  (more…)

The BW Belter powered by Merida Bikes returns on the 4th September 2016

Last year saw the move to the new location at the Fry Club in Keynsham and the introduction of 3 new courses. Based on the very positive feedback we have been receiving on both the 2016 Belter will return to the superb facilities of the Fry Club and to the fantastic riding the area has to offer. (more…)
