Dear ‘Sportive Rider’
Welcome to our entry page.
Below you will find two different ways to enter the Bristol Belter Road Sportive 2012 powered by Specialized.
1.) You can download an entry form by clicking on the download button below. There are two road sportive courses to choose from which bother will take place on Sunday the 25th September 2012. Please fill in the form in and send it together with your cheque to our registration office in Bristol (you will find the address on the entry form). Once we have received your entry form and your cheque we will send you a confirmation by email or post. You will receive all further details including number board, timing chip etc when you sign on at the registration which is located at the Redwood Country Club, Bristol.
2.) You can enter and pay via our secure online entry facility. Simply click on the online entry button and follow the instructions on screen. You can pay with credit or debit cards. There will be a small transaction fee added to your online entry at the end of the entry process. If you are unsure about the online entry or if you have any problems please contact us on ride@bristolroadsportive.co.uk.
Cancellations and day entries:
If you need to cancel up to a the week before the event then you will get your entry fee minus a £5 handling fee back. If you have to cancel in the week leading up to the event then we will not be able to pay your entry fee back.
Your entry is however transferable to another person up to the day of registration.
Entry on the day:
If there are day entry places available (please keep your eyes on the website and the newsletter updates) then you can enter on Sunday morning from 7am onwards. There is a £ 5 day entry surcharge.
NOTE: Please make sure you read and understand the event declaration. By clicking through to the online entry you accept the declaration and the terms and conditions of the events. Please make sure that you read all the instructions on the ‘online entry’ page before you start the entry process.
Declaration:
I hereby apply to participate in the non-competitive BRISTOL BELTER ROAD SPORTIVE 2012.
I accept and agree that neither the Organisers, nor their agent, Officials, the Landowner, Sponsors and fellow riders shall be liable in any way, or in any circumstances for any damage, injury or loss to me or to my party that may occur during, in connection with, or as a result of taking part in the event(s). I understand to abide by the rules of the promoter. I agree that I participate in the event entirely at my own risk and that I am of sound mind and body, that I will ride within my capabilities and that the cycle I will ride in the event is in good working order and properly maintained. Helmets are mandatory.
If you are entering the Junior (16-17yrs old) category please make sure that your Parent/Guardian reads and gives their full consent to your participation in BRISTOL BELTER ROAD SPORTIVE 2012. Also please have your Parent/Guardian with you when you sign on at the events and make sure that they accompany you on the ride.
We will not be held responsible if you ignore these simple guidelines.
